Cord locks helps ensure that your call is attached to the lanyard. Also these lanyards have a built in hinge to help the lanyard give when you get ready to put your call to mouth. All of these features are put onto a heavy duty built lanyard for the serous hard core water fowler. ( finisher and extra goose bands not included)
